This User Agreement is between the Customer (referred to as “you”) and Global SH (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By registering or using Global SH services, you agree to the following Terms of Use.
Global SH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.
Service
Warehouse
Receiving Packages
Customers should provide the domestic tracking number and product information when registering incoming parcels whenever possible.
If the tracking number is not available, customers must at least provide their registered nickname.
When purchasing items, customers must include their nickname at the end of the shipping address.
If a nickname is not written in the shipping address, the parcel will be classified as a No-Name Parcel.
Customers may be required to submit a purchase receipt in order to claim the parcel.
Global SH is not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect or missing nickname information provided by the customer.
If a No-Name parcel is not claimed within three (3) months and no receipt is provided, the parcel may be discarded without notice.
Package Storage
Packages may be stored free of charge for up to 60 days.
If a package is shipped within the free storage period, the free storage period will renew for newly received parcels.
If the storage period exceeds 60 days, storage fees will apply.
If storage fees remain unpaid for more than 15 days, Global SH reserves the right to dispose of the parcel without liability.
Parcels may be stored for a maximum of one (1) year. Parcels older than one year may be discarded without prior notice.
Any storage fees may be automatically deducted from the customer's SH Cash balance if available.
Consolidation
If repackaging is requested, items will generally be consolidated into one box.
However, if the quantity or size of items is excessive, they may be divided into multiple boxes.
If an additional package is added after packaging has been completed, an additional service fee will apply and processing may take 2–3 business days.
Shipment
Shipments are processed only after the shipping fee has been fully paid.
Customers must submit accurate customs declarations including item description, quantity, and declared value.
Any issues caused by inaccurate declarations are the responsibility of the customer.
Global SH is not responsible for issues related to items that are restricted or prohibited for international shipping.
Only shipments with completed customs declarations submitted before 12:00 PM (KST) may be processed on the same day.
Domestic shipping refers only to delivery from the Global SH warehouse to the designated international carrier.
The following items are not included in the shipping fee:
- Taxes and customs duties
- Return shipping costs
- Repackaging or reshipping fees
Return
If a prohibited or restricted item is discovered and returned after being handed over to the carrier, Global SH is not responsible for related expenses.
However, if the customer notified Global SH in advance and the item was not removed before shipment, Global SH will cover the domestic return shipping cost.
Disposal of Packages
If warehouse fees remain unpaid for more than 15 days after expiration, the parcel may be disposed of.
Global SH does not respond to inquiries regarding parcels discarded due to storage expiration.
No-Name parcels that remain unclaimed for more than three (3) months may be discarded.
Parcels may also be discarded upon customer request.
Proxy Purchase (Buying Service)
Proxy purchase services are available only for online stores.
Offline purchases are not offered unless Global SH participates in an officially announced offline event.
Estimates for proxy purchases are normally provided within 24 hours, excluding weekends.
If a purchase attempt fails, the payment will remain as account credit and may be used for other services.
Requests that require time-sensitive purchases may require a premium proxy purchase service.
Global SH is not responsible for disputes arising from personal transactions on platforms such as Bunjang, X (Twitter), or similar marketplaces.
Proxy purchase requests cannot be canceled once the purchase has been completed.
Customers may contact support via WhatsApp for updates regarding purchased items.
Payment, Cancellation, and Refund
Payment
All service fees, shipping fees, proxy purchase fees, and other applicable charges must be paid in full before the related service is processed.
Global SH may use third-party payment providers to process payments. Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any fees charged by their payment provider, card issuer, bank, or payment platform.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise fails, Global SH may suspend the related service request until the payment issue is resolved.
Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation only before the relevant service has been completed or before payment has been used for a completed purchase, shipment, or service.
Once any of the following has occurred, cancellation may no longer be possible:
- a proxy purchase has been completed
- a package has been packed or repackaged
- a shipment has been booked or handed over to a carrier
- a service has already been performed in whole or in part
If cancellation is possible, any non-recoverable costs already incurred by Global SH may be deducted from the refund amount. These may include domestic shipping costs, payment processing fees, currency conversion losses, packaging fees, handling fees, or other third-party charges.
Refunds
Refunds are available only where required under applicable law or where Global SH determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate under the circumstances.
Refunds will generally be issued only for the unused portion of a payment. Any portion already used for completed services, completed purchases, shipping charges, handling charges, storage fees, payment processing fees, or other non-recoverable costs is non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, it will be made only to the original payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or payment platform. Global SH is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment providers.
Proxy Purchase Refunds
Proxy purchase requests cannot be refunded once the purchase has been completed.
If an ordered item is out of stock, unavailable, or the purchase attempt fails before completion, the payment will remain as account credit and may be used for other services unless otherwise required by law or approved by Global SH.
If a seller, marketplace, or third party later cancels an order after purchase, any refund received by Global SH will first be applied to any unrecovered costs or fees, and the remaining amount may be refunded as account credit or to the original payment method where possible.
Shipping and Service Fee Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable once a shipment has been booked, processed, or handed over to the carrier.
Warehouse handling fees, repackaging fees, verification fees, storage fees, membership fees, and similar service charges are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
If the customer voluntarily cancels a shipment request after packaging or processing has begun, Global SH may deduct any costs already incurred before issuing any eligible refund.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers must contact Global SH support first to resolve any billing issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a customer files a chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized payment claim without first contacting Global SH, Global SH may suspend the customer’s account and related services until the matter is resolved.
The customer remains responsible for any valid charges, service fees, shipment costs, or losses incurred due to wrongful or abusive chargebacks or disputes.
Currency and Exchange Differences
Where payments are made or refunded in different currencies, the final refunded amount may differ from the original amount paid due to exchange rate fluctuations, bank fees, card issuer fees, or payment provider fees.
Global SH is not responsible for any difference caused by exchange rates, intermediary fees, or third-party payment provider deductions.
SH Cash
SH Cash is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Any approved refund may be issued as SH Cash where permitted under applicable law and where refund to the original payment method is not reasonably possible.
Fraud Prevention
Global SH reserves the right to refuse, delay, hold, cancel, or review any payment or refund request where fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or suspicious behavior is suspected.
Global SH may request identity verification or supporting documents before processing certain payments, cancellations, or refunds.
Withdrawal
Customers may terminate their account at any time.
Accounts that remain inactive for more than one year may be converted to dormant accounts.
Customers may reactivate their account by contacting Global SH support.
Accounts attempting to ship illegal or prohibited items may be suspended or permanently terminated.
Claims
If a customer believes that an item is missing from a shipment, they may request verification.
An unboxing video is required for verification.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
If an issue is verified, the missing item may be shipped with the next shipment request.
Damage and Compensation
Global SH acts as a proxy shipping and forwarding service.
Once a parcel has been handed over to the international carrier (such as EMS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL), Global SH is not responsible for damage occurring during transit.
Customers must request reinforced packaging for fragile items.
Without such a request, Global SH cannot be held liable for damages occurring during shipping.
Fragile materials such as acrylic, glass, thin plastic, or paper goods are not eligible for compensation.
Damage claims require:
- An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened
- Clear photos of the damaged item, outer box, and shipping label
Claims without both video and photos will not be accepted.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Global SH may assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, but compensation decisions are determined solely by the carrier.
Cosmetic packaging damage, unsealed albums, or items opened by customs are not eligible for compensation.
SH Cash
SH Cash is a service credit that can be used for Global SH services.
Deposited SH Cash is non-refundable.
SH Cash expires 5 years from the date it was issued.
If an account is terminated, any remaining SH Cash balance will be forfeited.
SH Cash promotions may be limited depending on service policies.
Policy Changes
Global SH reserves the right to modify service policies or promotional events without prior notice.
Membership
Membership services may be available only after warehouse usage fees have been paid.
Membership benefits and conditions may change according to service policy.
