Terms of Use

This User Agreement is between the Customer (sometimes "you" and all relative pronouns) and Global SH (sometimes "we", "our" and all relative pronouns).

Signing up our service means that you agree to the following our all rules.
In addition, we have the right to suspend or delete your account if you violate the law, rules.
The following is a summary of your responsibilities as our customers.


Service


Warehouse


Receiving Package
You have to provide the domestic tracking number and information for the product you purchased. But if you don't know the tracking number, you don't have to provide it. However, you have to enter your nickname.
When you buy a product, write your nickname at the end of address of the package.
If you do not write a nickname at the end of address, it will be classified as a NoName parcel, and you will need to provide a purchase receipt to pick up the parcel.
If you don't present the receipt, you can't pick up the package, and if you don't find it within 3 months, it can be discarded.


Package Storage
You can keep your package for free for one month. If you ship your package within one month, the free period will be renewed for another month.
If the free storage period has passed one month, you have to pay the package storage fee. If you have not paid the warehouse fee for 15 days, we can dispose of it, and we are not responsible for the disposal.


Consolidation
If you request repackaging, all products will be packed in one box. However, if there are many requested products, they are divided into several box and packaged.
If you add another package after packaging is completed, we charge for adding package, and it will take 2 to 3 days from the date you add the package.


Shipment
Shipment is possible only when you pay the shipping fee. If you don't pay, you can't ship it.
For shipment, the customer has to submit customs declarations accurately (amount, quantity, etc.). If inaccurate information is provided, any problems that arise during customs clearance are the customer's responsibility.
We are not responsible for any problems caused by products that cannot be shipped.
Domestic delivery is only available to other shipping companies.

The following items are not included in the shipping fee.

Repackaging and Reshipping fee


Return
If a non-shipment item is found and returned after the package has been handed over to the shipping company, we are not responsible for all expenses.
However, if the customer has notified us in advance and we have not removed the product, we will pay the cost related to the return. (Domestic shipping cost)


Dispose of package
Dispose of the parcel if it is delayed for more than 15 days without paying for it after the warehouse expires.
If you don't provide the correct courier information or write a nickname at the end of the address of package, it will be classified as a no-name parcel, and if you don't find it for more than 3 months, it will be discarded.
It can be discarded if the customer requests it.


Proxy purchase
The proxy purchase is only available in online stores.
Offline purchases are not offered. However, if we participate in offline events, we will notify our community.

If you request a proxy purchase, we will give you an estimate within 24 hours except weekend.

If the purchase fails, the payment will be saved to us, and the stored amount will be available for other services at any time.
If you cancel the purchase, you can cancel it by contacting Whatsapp, and you cannot cancel the request that has already been purchased.
If you want to know the information of the package you purchased (shipping, arrival, etc.), please contact us through Whatsapp and we will let you know.


Withdrawal
You can leave whenever you want.
Also, if you don't use it for more than a year, it will switch to a dormant account, and if you want to change it to normal again, you can contact us through whatsapp.

You will automatically leave if you want to ship items that are against the law or illegal.


Claims
If the item you want has not been delivered properly, you can request confirmation.
However, in these cases, there should be an unboxing video.

If you submit an unboxing video, we will confirm the packaging via cctv. Also, you must request within one week of receiving the package,
If a week has passed, it may not be possible to check.

If it is confirmed that the desired package is not delivered, it will be delivered together on the next shipment request.
